213th conference of Government of the Republic of
Croatia is acquired Recommendation of Law about
Replacement and Amendment of Social Care Law. This
Recommendation of Replacement needs to acquire
Parliament of Republic of Croatia, and it is submissive
to changes. This is recommendation where it would be
introduced the new rights: right to status of parent
nurse, and right to help and care in house.

Short working time
- Center for social care is not paying us contributions
on half of payment that we have from them, and tax is
account on whole payment, although half by the Tax Act
Law, as much as refund from social care is not going to
be imposed to taxes. Petition is sent on day 31st
of May, 2005 on whole appropriate ministries. |
