ETHICAL CODEX OF THE ASSOCIATION "ANGELS"

Starting with the equal right of all the people in taking part  in all shapes of social life, aware of not enjoying the same situation for children with special needs and of their families, truly believing in possibility of changing ourselves, and a world in which they live, members of The Association "Angels" are ready and obligate themselves on :

ACTIVITY

Active contribution to activity of The Association, and particularly be active in giving initiative for improvement of life of children with special needs and of their families, too.

TOLERANCE

Taking part in debates about problems and ways of their solving where will show readiness to listen other people and specially readiness to listen with respect other peoples arguments even when they does not agree with their opinion at all and they should tend to higher tolerance in relations with other members of The Association  and Associations as all other persons, first giving the example for that manners and  sensitization of public about needs of children with special needs which will developed tolerance of public for our children.

READINESS FOR TEAM WORK AND COMPANIONSHIP

Observe treaty about the ways of conduction certain actions, where will not independently speak in formal contacts and public actions reference on The Association. This all is not possible without commission of persons authorized for representation of The Association.

RESPECT FOR EACH OTHER

Respect private life of each member of The Association and that is how it will be kept confidence of private data of other members of The Association, i.e. name, surname, address, phone numbers, marriage status, economy status, children diagnosis and all other confidential data, and specially compulsory that in public speaks, written and pictured materials this data will not and can not be published if there is no permission of member that data refers to.

INFORMATION TRANSFER  

Specially try that all information and knowledge about different techniques will help children with specially needs that they come to transfer to other parents, and also to bring  information about rights they reached from the area - health care system, social and other protects;

ALTRUISM AND ACHIEVEMENT OF IDEALS IN PRACTICE WORK

Plead in every occasion for integration right of each person, and also of persons with multiple damages of higher degree in natural environment as for freedom of liberty of choosing each person or parents. Point on law, we need to justified children and persons with needs and try to join more people in personal contact with them.
Expecting above mentioned duties as minimum of rules that every member of Association must hold - up, members obligate themselves and on effort that their activity, tolerance, unselfishness, patience, readiness for team work, negotiation, respect other people and specially warmth and love that they feel for their children and their family transfer out of The Association and in every life situation they can be found.

In case of not respecting ethical codex member can be warned, and heavier damages of this codex will cause exclusion from The Association and about that decides Management Board.
